The family/great room features a 57" HD cable TV/DVD/CD/stereo with 1000w 6 speaker surround sound and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Sliding glass doors lead to the Florida room where smoking is allowed; no smoking inside the house, please. The large dining room has seating for 8 with additional sit down room in the kitchen. The common areas of this spacious home will truly acccomodate intimate family times or large groups. An air hockey table has been provided for your entertainment, as well as beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, skim boards, bicycle and grill. The huge garage has sufficient parking for 2 full size cars or up to 8 motorcycles. Additional parking is available in the driveway, with plenty of room for 2 trailers or a boat. Remote access insures that your special vehicle will be secure and dry. A bike/car wash station has been provided, complete with polishing cloths and basic supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped for any type of meal preparation, from quick snacks to a home cooked meal. All the appliances are new, includiing the flat surface stove with self-cleaning oven and built in microwave. There is a full size refrigerator with ice maker, and a dishwasher. All the small appliances are furnished as well, including a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and all the pots/pans/utensils/dishes and flatware to make meals as easy as possible. A large capacity washer and dryer are also furnished, as well as an iron and ironing board. The four spacious bedrooms have new high quality mattresses and luxury linens for your comfort. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, TV/DVD with remote, digital alarm clock and closet space for all your luggage. The master bedroom has his/hers closets, and a double dresser. Both queen rooms have added storage in the full size chests of drawers. Bedroom #4 is equipped with matching armoires and has a Playstation2 for extra entertainment. The decor and accessories of each room will enhance your tropical escape. The tiled bathrooms, like the rest of the home are immaculate. Plush linens are provided for your comfort and convenience and there is plenty of storage for all the necessities. Broadband highspeed and HS wireless internet service is available at your home away from home. The 1700+ sq ft of living space that this home offers will allow your family or group to enjoy their time together, while ensuring that everyone has their own private retreat to relax and forget the cares of the everyday world. ATTENTION RACE FANS: Our location is only 2 miles north of US 92 (International Speedway Blvd), making for a quick trip to the track. We are south of Granada Blvd. with easy access to Hwy 1 for you dirt track fans. Our beach proximity will give you the best of both worlds. BIKE WEEK/BIKETOBERFEST/TURKEY ROD RUN: Why park your prized hot rod or motorcycle in an open parking lot or underground garage when you can stay here and have your own dry and secure area, with remote access and a wash station? We are 2 blocks from Bel-Air Plaza, home of the Turkey Rod Run. As you motorcyclists know, traffic onto Main St. is only allowed from the north, we are 2 miles north of Main St. Granada Blvd. is a couple of miles up A1A, with quick access to all the event related activities on US Hwy 1. We offer plenty of parking for motorcycles and/or trailers, on site!

Rental Rate Notes
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR SPECIAL EVENTS, CALL OR EMAIL FOR SPECIFIC PRICING. Rates based on occupancy of 8, additional charge may apply for extra guests over 8. Cleaning fee 125.00 for groups of 8 or less, additional charge for larger groups. Must be 25 to rent. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with a non-refundable pet fee. 3 night minimum; Bike Week, Race Week, Turkey Rod Run, Christmas require 1 week minimum. Security/damage deposit of 350.00-500.00 is refundable 7-10 days after departure. 12.5% tax applied to all rentalsRental Policies
Deposits and 1/2 rental due upon reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Holidays and special events require balance to be paid 90 days prior to arrival Cancellations 60 days prior to planned arrival will be entitled to refund of deposit. We will not be able to refund for cancellations of special events, or those due to weather. Payment to be in the form of a cashier's check or money order; major credit cards thru Paypal Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a non-refundable deposit. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. No smoking inside the home, smoking areas have been provided.

No refunds for cancellation of reservations for special events or those due to weather. Security/damage deposit is fully refundable within 7-10 days of departure if no loss or damage has occured. Pet deposit is non-refundable. Cleaning fee is non-refundable.
