No shoes, no pets, and no smoking allowed in the Bay Cottage.
50 % of the rental fee must be paid up front to hold a reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
No refunds with 30 days to arrival. Outside of 30 days, refunds can be made with a refund fee of $250.
