Rental Policies
$50% of rental payment hold reservation. Remaining 50% plus deposit and cleaning fee required 60 days prior to arrival.
$1500 security deposit is fully refundable. $500 pet deposit is also fully refundable.
We will happily refund the full amount that property is re-rented for, minus a 10% fee for extra adveritising and management.
