Casita: Separate Quarters with 2 bedrooms both with private bathrooms, showers King and Twin Day bed - in main room Double Size Bed - smaller room across the hall

50% upon reservation. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
There is a $250 dollar cancellation fee on all cancellations. Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival are 50% refundable. If the reservation is cancelled due to hurricane, the reservation is reschedulable based on availability up to one year after the arrival date.
