Description of the Property
Yosemite West is inside Yosemite National Park. It is only a twenty minute drive from El Capitan and Yosemite Village.
This Yosemite West home is located just one mile from the Glacier Point Road, so you are very close to Taft Point and Glacier Point, the most spectacular views of Yosemite Valley. This is also the closest lodging for Badger Pass Ski Area.
The Hummingbird Raven House is a newly renovated and furnished home, with a spacious deck high in the trees. Glass doors and big windows, and stylish furnishings, make this house a pleasure to live in.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a half bath. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, with a queen bed and four bunkbeds. All beds have down comforters and pillows. A convertible sofa-bed in the office sleeps 1-2 more, and there are 2 additional sleeping mats provided for extra guests as well.
This house is equipped with a full kitchen and all appliances, a large expandable dining table, and deck dining furniture. There is a flat-screen TV with DVD player, dish network TV, phone, Ipod player, microwave, dishwasher, blender, espresso maker, washer/dryer, and gas grill.
There are two separate entrances for the lower and upper floors. Please be aware, there are a few steps leading to all entries to this home.
We welcome clean, well-behaved pets with responsible owners. Please inquire about pets.

Rental Rate Notes
Summer and holiday rates are for 2 people. Each additional guest is an additional $25/night. Winter rate is $250/night for 2 people, $25 for each additional guest. Summer rates effective April through October. Winter rates effective November through March. Holidays are all major holidays. weekly rates: 10% discount monthly rate: 20% discountRental Policies

Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive 50% of the total balance due. Please note that until the balance is paid, your dates are not confirmed.The remainder is due 30 days before your arrival date.
If you decrease the number of days or people, change the date of arrival or departure, or cancel for any reason, with less than 30 days notice before your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of your original reservation. If we are able to rebook your dates, you will receive 100% return. If you cancel with more than 30 days notice before your arrival date, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
