Rental Rate Notes
Check in is at 4PM and check out is 10AM. Rates are based on a 4 person occupancy, each additional person shall incur a $10 per person per night additional fee to the rental rate. Minimunal 2 nigh tstay. All payments including deposit are to be paid 30-days prior to rental date. 50% of the total rental rate & fees are to be paid in order to book the dates requested.Rental Policies
A minimum 2 night stay for weekends. Payments for all fees & cost are to be paid 30-days prior to rental period in order to hold the dates requested. Payment is to be made in the form of a cashier check or money order.
All cleaning fees are non-refundable. $150 cleaning fee for a monthly rental. * $85 cleaning fee for a weekly rental. $65 cleaning fee ifor a weekend rental. *$60 cleaning fee for a 2 night rental . Damage deposit of $200 will be refunded in full assuming no damages, broken or missing items. 50% of rental fee due at time of booking to hold the dates requested, balance due 30 days before entry.
A 30-day notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled arrival is required for a 50% refund.
The San Fransico Peaks will create its own weather system, sometimes on an hourly basis. Go Red, White and Blue !
