Rental Rate Notes
Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is 10AM. Rates are based on a 4 person occupancy, each additional person is an additional $10 per person per night. Minimunal 2 night stay. All payments including deposit are to be paid 30-days prior to rental date. 50% of the total costs is needed in order to hold the dates requested.Rental Policies

Payment is to be made in the form of cash, a cashier check or money order. 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking to hold the dates requested, the remaining 50% is due 30-days prior to entry.
All cleaning fees are non-refundable. $150 cleaning fee for a monthly rental. $85 cleaning fee for a weekly rental. $65 cleaning fee ifor a weekend rental. $60 cleaning fee for a 2 night rental . Damage deposit of $200 will be refunded in full assuming no damages, broken or missing items.
A 30-day notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled arrival is required for a 50% refund.
The San Fransico Peaks will create its own weather system, sometimes on an hourly basis. Go Red, White and Blue !
