Activities and Attractions
In winter you are a 15-minute drive from great sking and snowboarding at Bellayre Mountain, an hour from Hunter, 30 minutes from Plattekill, and 15 minutes from Bobcat. You can hike on our 23-acre property or State Forest trails that are within a five minute walk from our home.
In the summer you can go tubing, canoeing and kayaking down the Esopus River and the Eastern Branch of the Delaware River. Mountain bike riding is available at Plattekill or take a leisurely ride around the Pepacton Reservoir just down the hill from our home. Venture out among the various trails of the Catskill Preserve to absorb this beautiful landscape. Flying fishing is considered among the best in the Eastern Seaboard.

Rental Policies
The Tenant will pay the rent to the Landlord as follows: Half of the agreed rent upon execution of the Lease. Balance of the rent due upon the start of the lease term. Electricity, heat and the use of all appliances are included in the rent. Telephone charges will be deducted from the Tenants deposit. Cancellations have a $250 fee minimum. If Tenant cancel 30-60 days prior to the start of the rental, 50% of your rent will be refunded. There will be no refund of rent monies if Tenant cancelles within 30 days of the start of the rental . If Tenant rebooks the house the owner will refund the rent less $350 administration fee.
Prior to the start of the Lease term the tenant will pay to the Landlord a Security Deposit in the amount of one week or one months rent (depending on the length of stay of the Tenant), which Landlord shall hold as security for the full and faithful performance by the Tenant of all the terms, covenants and conditions of the lease upon the Tenant’s part to be performed.
The sum shall be returned to the Tenant within three weeks after the time fixed as the expiration of the term of this lease, except as otherwise provided for herein and provided the Tenant has fully and faithfully carried out all of said terms, covenants and conditions on Tenant's part to be performed. A return of the security deposit shall be accompanied by a statement of any additional charges or deductions from the security deposit.
