Ballingarry village with its gourmet restuarant "The Mustard Seed" is just 3 mins.drive. Teervena is just 15 mins. from Adare, with its thatched cottages, antique and craft shops. Teervena is ideally placed for touring the south-west of Ireland- Killarney, Shannon, Blarney just one hour away. Golf, and Clonshire equestrian centre within 15 mins. Our four individually decorated bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury bedlinen. The hand-painted kitchen has a high-beamed ceiling and has all modern facilities. A seperate utility room is furnished with washing-machine, dryer, ironboard and steam iron and a seperate wash-hand basin. There are two sets of right-hand golf clubs for guests use also there. The south-facing conservatory, has a selection of magazines and books, also brochures for your enjoyment . Teervena is really a "home away from home" and is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of the Irish Countryside, yet within minutes of good food and leisure facilities.

Rental Policies
10% on booking to be either a persona l cheque or international money order or bank draft in US dollars if booking from USA. In currency of country of booking. Balance can be paid on arrival. Bank exchange rates are given to guests for deposit received. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs. Anne Hickey, Teervena, Ballingarry, Co. Limerick, Ireland.
Two months prior to cancellation 50% deposit returned. No return after that.
