UNIT CHARGES PER RESERVATION: -All stays under 4 nights will be charged a one-time housekeeping fee of $250. Stays of 4 nights or more will have this $250 housekeeping fee waived, unless a specific homeowner has requested a change in our standard policy. -A "Damage Fee" of $95 is added to all reservations in lieu of a unit security deposit. -All applicable charges for each unit are displayed when you make your online reservation, or use the online "Get Quote" feature
DEPOSIT POLICIES: - 50% of total rental cost will be charged to your credit card within 10 days of booking. - 50% of total rental cost will be charged to your credit card within 60 days of your arrival date. - FOR RESERVATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL- 100% OF TOTAL RENTAL COST WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOOKING. Note: All advance deposits shall each be held in a non-segregated Escrow Account by rent Vail, LLC. and no interest shall be paid on returned funds
