In fact, the Ice Sheet, about 20 miles away, at Ogden is one of the premier ice skating venues in the area. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M.. Unauthorized extensions beyond check out time will result in a half to full day charge against your security deposit or credit card.. To avoid such charges please contact us prior to 10:00 AM to see if a late check out is possible , if you are running late in vacating the property. SUPPLIES: Upon arrival you will find a "starter set" of soaps, toilet paper & paper towels, coffee, tea cream and sugar. You may want to bring or plan on locally purchasing additional supplies to last your entire stay. FIREPLACE: There is one woodburning stove in the property. Please make sure the flu is open before lighting. Keep children off the mantle and remind everybody not to touch the hot metal. Keep flamable items away. Extinguish fire before leaving the house. TELEPHONES: There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long distance calls. The phone number is _________________. HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a housekeeping charge of $125 for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your statement. The initial bed linen and one set of bath towels per person are provided. Guests are asked to leave the house with trash gathered and left in the garbage bins, dishes washed or dishwasher started and furniture arranged as upon arrival. If the house requires excessive restoration, your security deposit or credit card will be charged for additional costs. Our housekeeping staff will make the final preparations of the house for the next guests. We appreciate your responsible use of this home!
Security Deposit = $500 The minimum security deposit is $500 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. Rates do not include local taxes and the $125 minimum cleaning fee. This is a non-smoking property. Inquire about pets. Rates are based on 12 person occupancy max. Any damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or theft by the guest or any member of his party or invitee are the guests' responsibility and will be charged to the security deposit or credit card.
50 % of initial money collected is refundable if cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival. The deposit will also be charged 50% whether or not collected. No deposit refund will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, for any reason unless a replacement booking is found for the exact dates. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows. We strongly recommend you secure your vacation reservation with travel insurance. See home page for details.
