BookBreck.com, Inc. (“BookBreck”), the Owner, and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends and their family members or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories, and as a result they would have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to any minors. 2. PAYMENT: The signer of this document agrees to pay BookBreck the full rental price of $…. The signer also agrees to a , which can be secured as an authorized amount on the C/C prior to check-in.
The deposit for renting our apartment is 50% at booking and 50% 45 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit of $500 can be secured as an authorized amount on the C/C prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by you or your group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 15 business days only after a thorough inspection of the property has been made and no damage is found.
CANCELLATION: Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 45 days to the arrival date, you will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental less $500 handling fee. We will do our best to do so, but there can be no guarantees.
