Rental Rate Notes

CALL or EMAIL FOR RATES FOR YOUR SPECIFIC DAYS. THESE ARE SAMPLE LOW SEASON RATES ONLY.Rates less than $2600 require a $75 cleaning fee. Rates are cash only. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee. A $500 refundable security deposit is required to hold your reservation. This deposit is in addition to the daily rental rate and is refunded within 2 weeks after you leave provided the unit has been left in a clean condition.
$500 deposit due 5 days after reservation is made. Rent is due 90 days prior to check in. $500 deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after check-out provided there has been no damage to unit and it is left in a clean condition.
Rents are refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 90 days prior to check-in. Deposits are not refundable unless the unit is re-rented. No refund on balance within 90 days of check in unless the unit is re-rented.
