This no smoking, oceanfront unit is on the beach. Ocean views from every room, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the building in a 3 story complex, accessible by elevator. The private balcony is situated so you can sit and watch the sunset and enjoy the ocean. Parking is provided below the unit for 1 car. The unit is located in a quiet area of San Diego's north Mission Beach, which is ideal for a relaxing vacation. . Currently there are two couches in the living room (similar to a futon, but slightly narrower than twin beds and 1 foot longer) which can easily accomodate children. Rates quoted are for cash only. CALL or EMAIL FOR RATES FOR YOUR SPECIFIC DAYS. THESE ARE SAMPLE LOW SEASON RATES ONLY.Rates less than $100 require a $89 cleaning fee. Rates are cash only. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required to hold your reservation.
This deposit is in addition to the daily rental rate and is refunded
within 2 weeks after you leave provided the
unit has been left in a clean condition.
$500 deposit due 5 days after reservation is made. Rent is due 60 days prior to check in for winter, 90 days prior to check in for summer. $500 deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after check-out provided there has been no damage to unit and it is left in a clean condition. Rates less than $100 require a $89 cleaning fee.
Rents are refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 60/90 days prior to check-in. Deposits are not refundable unless the unit is re-rented. No refund on balance within 60 days of check in unless the unit is re-rented.
