Location ,location, location, you are blocks away from Main Street, BelAire Plaza (shopping and home of the Turkey Rod Run). Daytona Speedway, Daytona USA, Daytona Harley are just minutes away. Orlando's Airport, Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios are all just a short 60 minute drive down I4. Jacksonville Airport is about 90 miles up I95. Florida's historic City of St. Augustine (cool shopping and dining place), MarineLand is a beautiful 45 minute drive on scenic oceanside A1A. This Ormond Beach house is located in a nice, quite, single family neighborhood right off A1A. It comes with a fully furnished kitchen, TV's in all bedrooms, Stereo, Dvd/cd, towels, linens etc. We love it there and know you will to. The one car garage can easily store those motorcycles, car or beach toys. The fenced in back yard with patio furniture and grill is were you relax and enjoy that Jimmy Buffett chill ! Hi Charlie, I meant to write you when I returned to San Diego. However, I have been trying to catch up some work since I was away for so long. Thank you very much for extending us a good discount for our extended stay. We had four people, Yani Tseng (18, the player), her mom, her caddie and myself. We each enjoyed our own room. I must say, you have a very beautiful house, very warm and homemy. Each room is so nicely decorated with a different theme. The only thing I did not find is the cork screw for the wine.I will definitely return should I take other player to qualify next year.Have a Merry X'mas and Happy New Year. Thank you for your email. You were on my list to thank very much for the use of your Beach House. It was great and contained everything that we could possibly need. I don't think that we once thought of something that wasn't there. In fact I brought a whole plastic box of stuff that I thought we would need that didn't even get opened. Many thanks and I hope everything was left in the same condition that it was when we arrived only probably rearranged a slight bit. You are right 80 degrees - sun and sand is much better than -20 snow and slush - but we will just dream as well until the next time and we will definitely keep you in mind. Shirley.Canada 1/6/2009

Ormond Beachhouse, This is your home away from home, the perfect place. This nicely decorated home is just steps from the beach. Plenty of off street parking, 4 driveway spots and one car garage. The floor plan is open in living room and kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The two other bedrooms are equiped with twin beds. There is a sofa/sleeper in living room and a pull out twin bed in the Florida room. We can accomodate up to 10. It gives you a very home like feeling of comfort. High Speed Internet and wireless router if needed. You can hang in the Florida room or enjoy the sounds of the night and/or on the front or rear patio. Small and large coolers, two bikes (pedal) for pleasure are on site. Don't forget the exciting nightlife too. With a close look from the back yard you can see the Ocean. We love it here and think you will too.

Activities and Attractions
There are many events and activities always going on in and around town. Nascar Speed weeks, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Spring Break, The car shows (Spring Spectacular in March and Turkey Rod Run Thanksgiving weekend). July 4th Nascar race and did I mention the Beach? There is something always going on at Daytona Harley. Tomoka State park is a short drive away along with "The Loop", a very scenic woodlands and back country drive of Florida's wild nature. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, shopping, souvenir shops and minuture golf within walking distance. Have you ever spent Chrsitmas in Sunny Florida? Santa stops there to.

Rental Policies
Deposit of 1/2 rental is due with a 300.00 refundable depost( providing there is no damage, will be returned within 15 days) to confirm rental. Balance is due 30 days prior to rental date. Special event weeks, full payment is due 60 days before event. Tax is 12.5% on rental fee. Age requirment is 25 years of age. Please inquire as to the cancellation policy.
