The villa is located in the center of the Emerald Island Resort. The resort itself offers club house with health club, arcade and computer rooms, large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and etc. It is centrally located in Disney area with minutes drive to Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Studio, Seaworld, close to golfing, fishing, airboat riding, premium outlet shopping, fine restaurants and etc.

Rental Policies
The booking is made through phone 646-275-9075 or email: $300 deposit is required to secure booking. Full payment is due approximately 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
$300 deposit is required to secure booking and security depost. The deposit will be fully refund within a week after departure if there are no damages to the property.
Full refund is granted if canceled three months prior to the rental date (minus $10 handalling fee).
