The living room and the master bedroom also have a great view of the ocean (many units have master bedrooms with no ocean view). This is a 4th floor penthouse unit with vaulted ceilings

The third bedroom is a loft, which is quite large.

Rental Policies

Pay 3 day deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

If you need to cancel, you need to give 60 days written notice prior to arrival for full refund (minus $100 transaction fee), otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
