This property is a Non-Smoking premises. Any guest violating this rule may be forced to evict and forfeit all monies. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars and etc. Rent rates are based upon two persons per bedroom. Children are counted as one person each, unless under the age of two. Over occupancy is considered a sever violation of rental agreement and we reserve the right to deny access and will remove all parties without the refund of paid monies. Parking areas are for automobiles Only and No RV's, travel trailers, boat trailers and etc are permitted. Owners or managers company is Not Responsible for any accidents or injury to guest or loss of money, jewelry or valuable of any kind. Our policy is to rent to family groups only. We will not rent to fraternities, sorities, or other non-family or unrelated groups or persons under the age of 23 years. Management reserves the right to require official identification of date of birth. And also reserves the right of refusal to rent. Three night minimum is required.
A security deposit is required on all reservations and is payable as part of the total deposit. This deposit protects the owner from any material damage done to the rental property. Please report to our office any damages upon check in. Once you've checked out inspectors will ensure that the property has been left in proper order, clean and damage free. Any damages discovered shall be deducted from security deposit. Guest is responsible and shall promptly pay for all damages in excess of the security deposit. If damages are discovered security deposits will be mailed back 30 days after departure. A rental period of a month or longer will have security deposits returned 45 days after departure.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify the agency in writing as soon as possible. If written notification is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, advanced payments will be refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property. However, if the property is not re-rented, No Money Will Be Refunded, unless the property is re-rented, all monies less a $75 cancellation fee will be refunded. No Credit will be Issued in the Early Departure.
