House is centrally located in Harwichport to main roads, center of town and 3 harbors. Two golf courses, tennis courts, bicycle paths and children's vacation activities all within 2-3 miles. Or choose to curl up and relax on the sunny back deck with your favorite book.

First floor offers a large comfortable living room area with big picture window of front yard view. Two bedrooms; one has a queen size bed and other has 2 single beds. Full bath includes shower/tub. Spacious kitchen area seats 6 for dining. Access to basement includes washer / dryer.

Second floor also has two bedrooms; one with king size bed and other with 2 single beds. A common area with skylight and a full bath includes shower/tub.

The house has been in our family for 36 years. We rent it during the summer months to mostly families and we enjoy it during the off-season with our own families and friends and sometimes for holiday celebrations. It is important to us to rent to people who will treat and respect our home as they would their own. It's a sentimental and special place where great memories are made year after year. The location and easy access to the beach are especially great for families with small children like ourselves and the summer morning and/or evening beach walks to Wychmere Harbor are second to none.
