Very private, the property is at the end of a cul de sac and gated. The main house and 3 guesthouses share the widest residential ocean front on the whole island, with over 700 feet of sandy beach frontage. Truly private and set in beautiful gardens, the place is known as Kanaha Kai in Hawaiian.
The Plantation House At the far end of the property, this guesthouse comprises of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open living area, dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen, large covered deck and barbecue which provides for a great outdoor dining area. The Plantation is about 2500sq feet. It is Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayak, snorkeling and many more activities. Very private, the surrounding offer magnificent views of volcanoes and ocean. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services and shopping and restaurants. Directly in front, less than 100 feet, you will find a white sandy beach ideal for several water sports. There is a gated entrance to the compound.

Beautiful Lanai to dine outside. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary tools for cooking with style. You also have a washer and dryer in the cottage. Housekeeping is available upon request.

Shopping and Dining: A short distance from the charming Paia town, where there are delicious restaurants, art galleries, shops, entertainment and more beaches. Also a short drive from Mama’s Fish House famous restaurant. Beach: The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach equipment may be rented with local providers. Kayak, windsurf and surf equipment. Bicycles. Nearby Attractions: Maui has incredible natural diversity ranging from desert to rain forest. Visit the rain forest, the National Parks, the Haleakala Crater or the waterfalls. Enjoy a romantic dinner Hawaiian style at Mama’s Fish house or survive the drive to Hana. Rental Rate Notes
Daily rates are based on 4 people occupancy. 25$ extra per person. Minimum of 7 nights required. If less that 7 nights, an additional 250$ cleaning fees will be charged.Rental Policies
PAYMENT DETAIL 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). We will hold your booking for 7 days to allow receipt of payment. GENERAL POLICIES Smoking is allowed. Children are allowed. Pets are considered upon request. Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. Dogs and Cats are allowed. There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours and people do tend to go to bed early in Hawaii.
A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required.
For cancellation less than 60 days prior to booking, there is no refund. There is a 150$ fee or 12.5 % charge (the higher of the 2) for cancellation more than 60 days prior to booking. If we can reschedule guests, only the cancellation fee of 150$ will be charged.
