It is an ideal vacation or long term rental for one couple. Pets are welcome. If you want to be in the "real" Puerto Vallarta within walking distance of all the shops, beaches and restaurants, this is the place. Old Town is the authentic area where locals still live and those who love Puerto Vallarta return year after year. So many areas now look like any American resort city but Old Town has retained the charm of Mexico. It's the fun place to be if you like to experience different cultures and colorful people. The Condo's convenient and central location is just eight blocks from Los Muertos Pier and the beautiful Los Muertos Beach and dozens of Puerto Vallarta's finest restaurants and shops, making a rental car unnecessary.
The Condo itself has one bedroom with a king-size mattress and soft, high-quality bedding. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bath and a large terrace/pool area for lounging, swimming and sunbathing. Maid service is provided once a week.
