Rental Policies
Personal Check or PayPal accepted to be paid in full 14 days prior to stay. A cleaning fee of $100 is in addition to the rent.
$500 security deposit to be returned in full after facility has been cleaned and checked for damages. If there are damages the cost of repairs will be deducted from deposit.
