Rental Policies
Telephones-High-Speed Internet, Local and Long Distance FREE. Supplies- This unit is fully furnished with all basic provisions and toiletries. Please replace what you use upon leaving.
50% of total rental, plus refundable $250 Deposit due to reserve home. The other 50% plus, $115 Cleaning fee due no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy. Full refund if cancellation before 60 days; 0-45 days prior to reservation, no refund unless unit can be re-booked.
