Short distance to down town and to Tucsons largest Mall. This is a fun area to walk or take bike rides around the town. Also less then 2 miles to freeways to go to Mexico or Phoenix. If you want to be in the central part of Tucson with out the noise of the city you will love this house. Also available if you have the time internet (dsl) and direct tv.

Home is very homey made of adobie block over 50 years ago with wonderful open yard. Enjoy the wonderful weather of Tucson outside under the ramada cooking on the large gas grill. Or injoy a refreshing beverage under the tucson sky. Look out the bedroom window in the morning to one of the largest palaverty trees in Tucson.

Rental Policies

We require a one week deposit to hold this housefor your desired stay. During the time of the gem show we require a 50% deposit. There is a $150.00 cleaning deposit required at time of arrival. Any and all loss or damage done to property ot its contents during your stay will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. Please report any damage or loss as soon as posible. We will also charge for any cleaning beyond the $150.00. We will refund any deposits if made prior to 30 days before arrival. We will not make any refunds during the gem show.
