Fully upgraded and refurbished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in the prestigious Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This beautiful townhouse has it all if you are looking for a complete vacation with golf and Disney World only 12 minutes away. Close proximity to the pool and clubhouse.

The villa is set in a peaceful location with terrace and balcony overlooking the gardens. The townhouse offers spacious accommodation in a comfortable and tranquil setting. The villa is fully air conditioned with 4 bedrooms; two with en-suite bathrooms and two other additional bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with en suite facilities. In the other double room there is a queen size bed with en suite facilities and in the lounge area a queen size sofa bed. There are two twin beds in each of the other double bedrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen. The Regal Palms Resort Clubhouse offers a sports bar and restaurant, internet cafe, games room, Spa and gym. There is also an indoor jacuzzi and steam room. The tropical pool has several different pools links together by bridges and pathways. There is a childrens's pool area with waterslide and splash pool, waterfall and beach entry pool. There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool for the guests and pool towels are available in the pool area. The pool area and clubhouse facilites are for the sole use of the Regal Palms Guests. There is a shop within the clubhouse that supplies household items and theme park tickets can be purchased in the clubhouse. Prime location.
We also provide 3 and 5 day Golf Packages which include accommodation, green fees and an hours golf tuition from Golf Pro at Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club (value $75), Course included are Legends, Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes and Diamondback, ChampionsGate, Celebration and Falcon's Fire. For 19th Hole 1 pitcher of beer for 2 players! Great Value and Great Fun Please inquire for further details. Prices start from $500 per player for 3 day package. We have a special two night rental for $386 which includes tax, cleaning, resort charge and no further extras. This is the total price for 8 people.

Large Tropical Swimming Pool, with two heated pools, waterfalls, indoor and outdoor spa/jacuzzi, splash Pool, waterslide with several different pools linked together by bridges and walkways.

A $150 deposit is required at time of making a reservation. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover or check. Balance is payable by credit card, check or money order to be received 30 days prior to date of arrival, or upon reservation if reservation is made within this period. All amounts paid towards balance are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are allowed in some properties. There is a refundable deposit of $350 per pet. Please inquire for properties accepting pets. Please call 1-866-282-1053 to make a reservation.
10% retained for any canceled signed reservation. 20% retained at 4 to 3 weeks prior to arrival. 50% retained at 3 to 2 weeks prior to arrival. 100% retained at 2 weeks prior to arrival or less. Every consideration will be given to persons who are forced to cancel for reasons beyond their control. In the event of a hurricane 1 week prior to arrival, Central Florida Rentals & Management Inc. offer guests the opportunity to reschedule their vacation.
