Rental Rate Notes
Payments can be made via personal check, cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard.Discover,American Express A 5% service charge will be added to all credit card payments. .Rental Policies
Check-in is 3:00 P.M. Check-out by 11:00 A.M., except by special arrangement. Directions and key codes for the front door will be e-mailed to you the week prior to your arrival and not less than 24 hours before check-in.
Rental Payment and Deposits: 50% at the time of reservation payable by check or money order. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of $500 is required and returned within 7 days of your departure. A non-refundable $150 cleaning fee also applies. Credit card payments require payment in full at time of booking.
All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $500.00. For reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $500.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.
