Description of the Property

Come and relax in this well-maintained Crescent Beach townhouse in oceanfront community on the quieter, south side of St. Augustine. Cheery, comfy-cozy and nicely decorated 2 Br/2Ba townhouse with new tile throughout the downstairs, fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, and laundry, mere steps to the beach. Two-sided porch gets lovely cross-breezes from the intercoastal and the ocean without the heat of the direct sun and allows a view of the ocean. The crashing waves will lull you to sleep at night. Two heated swimming pools, gorgeous landscaping, boat parking, lighted tennis courts, and shuffleboard are a few of the amenities available on premises. Close to Marineland; Old St. Augustine; the World Golf Village and IMAX theater; and downtown Jacksonville with its fine dining, outlets, and theaters. Great for couples eager for a getaway and for families looking for some fun, quality time together. Convenient to I-95 in south St. Augustine.

On-Site Amenities

This condo displays the TLC and creativity of its owners - personal touches and whimsical flair shine in all the decor. The unit is decorated in cheery bright colors and the kitchen boasts all new appliances. The condo is one of the few with cross-ventilation from both the ocean and the intercoastal. The community is one of the closest ever built to the beach at Crescent Beach in St. Augustine: less than 100 steps from the front door and you are at the seaside! A special feature is the seaside seating on the dunes walkway where folks love to gather to greet the sun in the morning and bid farewell to it at night. Beach, tennis, pools, and shuffleboard are all available on premises so who could get bored? The beach here is almost always quiet. The premises are extremely well-maintained and lovely to behold. This is definitely a piece of Paradise!
