Description of the Property
This spacious condo is on the second floor of a six-story gated hillside building in Puerto Vallarta's Old Town, the Zona Romantica. It has a partial ocean and mountain view and is an ideal long or short term rental for one or two people or a small family. The view from the common area roof top is breath taking over the ocean, Old Town and the mountains. If you want to be in the "real" Puerto Vallarta, within walking distance of all the shops, beaches and restaurants, this is the place. Old Town is the authentic area where locals still live and those who love Puerto Vallarta return year after year. So many areas now look like any american resort city but Old Town has retained the charm of Mexico. It's the fun place to be if you like to experience different cultures and colorful people. The condo's convenient and central location is just eight blocks from Los Muertos Pier and the beautiful Los Muertos Beach and dozens of Puerto Vallarta's finest restaurants and shops, making a rental car unnecessary.
The condo itself has approximately 1800 square feet of living space, very high ceilings, one bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has an L-shaped couch that is comfortable enough for sleeping two extra people and another built-in couch for watching TV or resting while enjoying the sunset. It has two full size bathrooms: one bathroom with a shower and sunken oval tub and the other bathroom with just the shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a separate dining area and a very large patio with a private small pool which is surrounded by wonderful mature tropical plants.

I have lived in the condo for approximately 15 years - hence - you will have all the amenities of a home away from home, together with cable TV, broad band wireless internet connection, telephone service and washer and dryer. I am planning to take a year-long leave of absence from Puerto Vallarta and am looking for someone who will cherish and care for my home as much as I do. I have a collection of incredible and mature tropical plants on the big patio and hope that you will enjoy them as much as I do.

For short term rental, 50% of total rental amount to hold. Calendar will be updated when payment received. Balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. Talk to us about long term rental.
90% refund with 16 weeks notice. 50% refund thereafter. No refunds if cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival.
