Price does not include tax + $70 Cleaning Fee * Holidays priced at Peak Season Rates, confirm holiday dates and minimum stay requirement. * 2 Night minimum during off-peak time. 3-Night minimum on holidays and in July/August. $250 refundable security deposit also required. $200-$400 refundable deposit required at time of booking, applies to balance. $250 refundable security deposit also required prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy is 4-6 weeks depending on season and length of stay. Prior to cancellation deadline deposit will be refunded minus a 15% service charge. Please confirm cancellation/refund policies with office.
