Description of the Property

Wailea Beach Villas, built upon the white sand of Wailea Beach, Maui is the finest in luxury destination resorts. Nestled on 11 tropical landscaped acres between The Shops at Wailea and the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific, Wailea Beach Villas deluxe vacation rentals were built with the discerning traveler in mind. Wailea Beach Villas guests experience the ammenities and service you would expect from a 5 star resort, the privacy and security of a gated community, plus all the comforts of home. Unit L410, a Penthouse condominium, offers three separate sleeping areas, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. If your party includes more than 6, there is a gorgeous three bedroom plus den, three bath unit next door, utilizing the same elevator and just steps away from our unit. Please ask about combining these two units to accommodate a maximum of 14 people in 7 separate sleeping areas!

Guests are welcomed upon their arrival and shown to their numbered parking stall in the underground parking garage, before being escorted to their 4th floor luxury penthouse via key carded private elevator.

The penthouse door is opened and the cool, honed marble floors beckon you to come inside. The tropical guest bedroom is off to the left of the hallway with two twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request). The guest bath has a tub shower and European cabinetry. The spacious master bedroom suite has a plush king bed, sitting area, large walk-in closet with safe, and a private master bath. Guests enjoy a spa like atmosphere as they relax in a deep soaking tub or take an invigorating shower in the shower with 2 sprayers. High count linens, quality bath products, bath robes, and luxurious hotel collection towels are also found in each bath.

The den/office has a pullout sofa bed and desk. The sofa bed will be made upon request and allows extra sleeping arrangements when the silk drapes are drawn closed; we are ordering sliding doors to give you even more privacy when using this room as a third bedroom. High speed internet access is complimentary within the unit. There is also a business center available to guests down by the main lobby. The living room and dining room offers a flat screen television and plenty of seating for entertaining. The penthouse is fully air conditioned with central air. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the penthouse. Stays of 7 nights or more receive a complimentary detailed maid service every third or fourth day.

The state of the art, European kitchen is a chef's dream!! It has two Sub-Zero refrigerators, glass cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, mixer, blender, food processor, dishes, serving disher, glassware, silverware and just about any other gadget you might need. If you prefer to barbecue, there is a propane powered Stainless Steel Viking Grill out on the lanai for your use. The lanai over looks the mauka family pool and the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean and is the perfect place to start your day.

A game room with billiards and a full kitchen is located off the Wailea Beach Villas main lobby on the 2nd floor. A well equipped fitness center is located just below the game room on the 1st floor, adjacent to the Mauka Pool. The Mauka Pool and hot tub is otherwise known as the family pool. The Makai Pooland hot tub is adjacent to the beach and is reserved for adults ages 18 and over. Pool towels are provided at each location.

Wailea Beach Villas are located makai (ocean) side of The Shops at Wailea. The Shops at Wailea is Wailea's newest outdoor mall. It includes great names like Tiffany & Co., St. John Boutique, Gucci, Coach, Fendi, Tommy Bahama Tropical Emporium, Guess, Banana Republic, Honolua Surf Co., and The Walking Company, just to name a few. There are numerous art galleries throughout "The Shops" as well as great restaurants like Ruth's Chris Steak House, Tommy Bahama's Tropical Cafe, and Longhi's.

Rental rates do not include Hawaii taxes totalling 11.416% or security/damage deposit of $1500. Rates are subject to change until deposit is received. Deposit, due upon reservation, is 50% of total rental fees. Occasionally, discounts will be offered.

Rental Policies

Rates: Rates are quoted on a per night basis. We have a 5 night minimum stay requirement on most units. Minimum stay requirements may be longer over holidays. ARRIVAL TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3:00 PM DEPARTURE TIME IS ANYTIME BEFORE 11:00 AM We may be unable to offer early arrivals or late departures unless arranged for well in advance. They may also be subject to ½ day rental rates. Detailed maid service every third or fourth day is included, up to 4 hours. Departure cleaning hours above the usual number of hours required to clean the unit will be charged to the guest. Additional Charges: (not included in the daily rate): Rates do not include daily maid service, extra cleaning or damage ng charge.to the unit, security deposit of $1500, or Hawaii taxes totalling 11.416%. The amount due on your reservation includes a SECURITY DEPOSIT that is found on the Guest Charge Line of your confirmation. This money will be held by us to offset any damage to the condo during your stay or for extra cleaning charges. Damage includes loss, breakage, and excess wear and tear, or staining on carpet and furniture, etc. Please use the same high consideration and care for this Wailea condo rental as you would for your own home. We will refund your security deposit within two weeks of your departure provided there is no extra cleaning or damage. Up to 10 hours of cleaning is included with the average rental of 7 days. If additional cleaning is required beyond that, upon your departure, the cost of the additional cleaning may be deducted from your security deposit. HAWAII STATE TAXES will be added to all rentals. Total combined taxes are 11.416%. You will find these charges on your confirmation under GET (General Excise Tax = 4.166%) and TAT (Transient Accommodations Tax = 7.25%). Liability: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owner(s), owner's rental agent and its' employees from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of or related to guests' use of the Property by guest, guests' family, invitees, employees, or any other persons using the property with guests' consent during the rental period. Owner shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to guests' possessions at the Property during the rental period.

$1500 security deposit due with final payment. Initial payment is 50% of total charges, due when reservation is made. Final payment is due 60 days in advance of arrival date, except for holiday periods when final payment is due 90 days in advance. Christmas & New Year's reservations require final payment due 90 days prior to your arrival. Christmas & New Year's reservations are non-refundable. Other reservations may be eligible for a refund if we can re-rent the same dates at the same rate. Cancellation fees may apply. Trip insurance is advised. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include a $1500 refundable cash security deposit or backup credit card guarantee. Security deposit is held in lieu of damage or loss (whether intentional or unintentional), excessive cleaning required upon your departure, charges incurred upon property for services or activities rendered, and/or for fines incurred due to non-compliance with Wailea Beach Villas AOAO House Rules and rental rules & regulations of owner's rental agent. Rental is designated for the guests listed on rental contract only. Additional guests will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Up to 10 hours of cleaning is included with a 7 day rental. If the penthouse condo requires additional cleaning hours beyond this, it may be deducted from your security deposit. Deposit payments signify that guests agree to abide by all policies and procedures. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days of your departure provided there are no extra charges at the time of your departure.
