Rental Rate Notes
Normal rental period is one week (7 nights). Minimum rental period is 3 nights and discounts are available for rental periods of 2 weeks or longer. A $500 advance rental deposit and a $500 advance security deposit are required at the time a reservation is made.Rental Policies
$500 deposit required on contract signing. $500 security/damage deposit required on contract signing. 100% of rental payment is required 30 days prior to arrival Visa, Mastercard and debit cards accepted.
Security/damage deposit is fully refundable following check-out inspection. Rental payments are fully refundable only if owner is able to rent the home for the reserved time period. If the home is rented for the same rate, the rental payment will be fully refunded.
