The den comes with games and toys for children. There are four satellite TV's in addition to VCR and DVD players. Many hours of enjoyment await your family both inside and outside with patio dining and poolside fun. This home is ideally situated in Orange County, Fountain Valley, in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, with easy access to the 405 freeway and on to other exciting Southern California family adventures.

Conveniently located near 405 Freeway which takes you to many Southern CA attractions: South to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Newport Pier, Balboa, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and north to Los Angeles, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Long Beach Aquarium and Malibu.
A short drive takes you to Disneyland & Orange County's best beaches. Huntington Beach was recently named as one of the top five destinations for teenagers and their parents. It is a favorite place for kids to not only eat and shop, but participate in many recreational sports. With over 50 surfing competitions throughout the year, as well, Huntington Beach is know as "Surf City, USA" with great waves all year round.
FISHING - You don't need a license to fish on California piers. You do need a California Fishing License elsewhere, however. Other nearby piers are Newport Beach and Seal Beach.
BONFIRES ON THE BEACH (daily) Temps. at the beach change very little from season to season. On most evenings in Huntington Beach, California, you can smell the wood burning from campfires at Huntington's three beaches, Huntington City Beach, Bolsa Chica State Beach and Huntington State Beach.
FREE CONCERTS ON THE BEACH (August) Live, free concerts on the beach throughout August. Pier Plaza Pacific Coast Highway & Main St. Concerts include outdoor cement seating and grass lawn with full exposure to the sun and pier. Bring blankets and chairs if you like. All Concerts Are FREE!
FARMER'S MARKET (weekly) Farmer's Market includes flowers, fruit, breads, nuts and specialty foods are sold fresh to the consumer.

Rental Rate Notes
During peak summer months 1 week minimum stay, Sat to Sat. Three night minimum off season only. Check with owner for your desired dates. Cleaning fee $95. Refundable security deposit $500.Rental Policies
Cleaning fee and security deposit will hold your dates ($595).
Non-refundable cleaning fee $95. Security deposit $500 returned within 30 days of checkout with property left according to Rental Agreement terms. These deposits are due within 10 days of booking. The rental fee is due in full 60 days before check-in.
Refunds dependent upon re-renting of same dates. Specifics noted in Rental Agreement.
