Rental Rate Notes

Rates include UP TO 8 guests per night...Condo is rented by the unit, NOT by number of guests... Any stay of less than 1 week will incur a $69 final cleaning fee (stays of one week or more include this fee). Aside from holiday weeks, discounts can often be given for stays of TWO or more weeks or if your travel dates are somewhat flexible (in the latter case a stay of less than two weeks can still earn the guests a discount).

Rental Policies

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & EXECUTED RENTAL AGREEMENT due within ONE WEEK of confirming reservation in the case that payment is made by Personal Check, Bank Check, Money Order, or Traveler's Checks (in U.S. Dollars). AFTER ONE WEEK, if Rental Agreement is not returned to us, rental period will be reopened and reservation must then be RECONFIRMED.... TOTAL RENTAL BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.... PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED A CRIB AND/OR HIGH CHAIR....CHILD "BED RAIL" FOR OLDER CHILDREN ALSO AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE BED UPON REQUEST. $200 RESERVATION DEPOSIT (or 20% of TOTAL RENTAL FEE, whichever is greater) is required at the time of booking, payable by Personal Check, Bank Check, Money Order, or Traveler's Checks (in U.S. Dollars). Credit Card can be used to insure SECURITY DEPOSIT (for any damages, theft, etc.). This is only an authorization or "HOLD" so NO CHARGE is made with the exception of the rare case that damages or theft HAS occured and guests have NOT solved the problem themselves (ex. replaced a broken coffee pot). PLEASE CONTACT US if any damages have occured at the property, as we can often fix the situation sooner to resolve any unpleasant matters. Occassionally we understand, a drinking glass breaks or a towel is stained...if we are made aware of the situation and no MAJOR damages have occured we can take care of these small matters as minor issues are NOT the end of the world :)...and you can continue on with a STRESS FREE and RELAXING stay... 100% REFUND of $200 RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS DUE if a written notice of cancellation is sent PRIOR TO 60 days of ARRIVAL DATE 100% REFUND of COMPLETE RENTAL SUM (MINUS $200 RESERVATION DEPOSIT) IS DUE if a written notice of cancellation is sent PRIOR TO 30 days of ARRIVAL DATE NO REFUNDS of COMPLETE RENTAL SUM due within 30 DAYS of ARRIVAL DATE .
