OUR RATE INCLUDES: Linens, Towels, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Hot Tub, Pool Maint., Woodburning Fireplace, High Speed Wireless Internet. Some holidays higher. Add 11.5% tax and $100 cleaning. Thanksgiving and Memorial Day weeks are $1995/week, week minimum. Xmas and New Years are each a week minimum and Sunday- Sunday only. $500 security deposit authorization on card. Optional pool heat $20-40/day (seasonal, no tax). Visa, Matercard, American Express, Discover, checks, wires accepted.
