Rental rates are from $109 per night plus tax. Actual rate depends on duration of stay, occupancy and time of year. Please telephone, fax or e mail with specific dates required and we will provide you with details of availability and a firm price by return. Hot Tub always heated free of charge. Pool heating is optional and is $20 per night for duration of reservation.
The first master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom with corner tub and large walk in shower. Second master bathroom has full size bath with shower. Third bathroom has full size bath with shower. Third and fourth bedrooms have two twin size beds in each room. Fourth bedroom is Disney themed.
There is a formal dining area and also casual dining facilities in the kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. Large patio area with full patio furniture.
Shops, restaurants and golf courses close by. This vacation home is fully self contained and really is in immaculate condition and will give you the base for a perfect Central Florida vacation.
Everything is provided - including linens and towels. Home really is fully equipped.
For stays of less than 6 nights there is a cleaning charge of $80.
Smoking OK on covered pool deck.
