Our house has 3,000+ sq. ft. of living space which includes 3 bedrooms, and 4 bath rooms, 2 large seating areas, chef's kitchen, cable television with HBO, a collection of DVD's, High Speed Internet that is also "WiFi" accessible, there is a lending library and a daybed with trundle. We also have a "Vonage" phone, long distance calls to the main land are free.

A fully appointed chefs Kitchen, hosts a electric stove and oven, large full size Kitchenaid refigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen island has 2 bar stools. The dinning area has a solid wood table that seats 6 .
The entertainment area is furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture. The perfect place to entertain, watch some television or just relax and enjoy the views. A conversation area with two comfortable chairs and a guest bathroom.
In the Hawiian style, this is where the access to the Lanai (balcony) is. From here the views of the mountains and ocean are breath taking. The perfect place for morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Toys, chairs, towels and ice chest for the beach.

Separate Refundable Security Deposit is due when reservation is made held until check out. Refunded after cleaning crew verifies house is in good condition and no damage is found. Balance due 60 days prior to check in.Rental Policies
Hawaii State Tax of 11.42% is added to rental rate. Balance due 60 prior to check in Additional Fee: Out cleaning fee of $350.00
Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 due to hold reservation. Security Deposit is held until check out and house is cleared by our cleaning crew. Security Deposit is usually refuned with in 10 days.
Full refund of Security Deposit with notice by 61 days prior to arrival.
