Fifteen minutes north of the property you will find the Westin La Paloma golfing, Ventana Canyon golf and Skyline country club golf.
A 3 and a half hour drive will take you to Pinetop, AZ . This is a cool mountain retreat and local vacation spot with hiking, horseback riding, lakes and camping.

Rental Policies
3 month minimum. Burning of candles and smoking are prohibited.
$500 to confirm reservation and secure rental. Deposit will be held till review of premises after guest stay and receipt of all utility bills. $100 standard cleaning fee, in addition to a $35.00 damage waiver. Damages and extra charges from cable and long distance will be deducted from this deposit. (See rate policies.) Cancellation fee will be limited to amount of this deposit. The full deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled after 45 days prior to the agreed upon check-in date, and $140 of the deposit is non-refundable regardless of when the reservation is cancelled. Please call to inquire about long term rental policies or corporate rates. Extra deposit for pets, call to inquire.
Deposits held till review of premises after lease end and receipt of all utility bills. Charges will be assesed for damage to furniture, (special attention paid to wood tops which can be protected with coasters) loss of keys or remotes, broken dishes, damage to plants. Normal cleaning cost is $100 and this will be deducted from all deposits.
