Refundable Deposit $500 Cleaning fee $150.Reservation required 1 month in advance, exceptions are considered. 1/2 deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due 14 days prior to check in. A deposit is required for each pet, refundable subject to inspection. We take Master Card and Visa
Reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours after the reservation is made.. One half refund will be made within 7 days after reservation is made. No refund after 7 days. Cleaning deposit is refundable on short term rentals subject to inspection. Pet deposit is refundable, subject to inspecton.All refunds will be refunded to credit card or mailed back within 30 days of cancellation or check out.
