Master bedroom and bath, powder bath, living room, dining area and kitchen located on 3rd floor. Two additional bedrooms, full bath with double sinks and separate laundry room are on 2nd floor. Garage for two cars (small to midsize fit best).l After a day on the beach or a day trip, relax on the patio and take in the beach scenes. Gas BBQ on the deck. The sunsets are spectacular. Enjoy dinner on the patio while the sun goes down over the Pacific. Close to most attractions San Diego has to offer. Sea World is 5 minutes away. Perfect for your vacation or business travel needs.
