Hale Napo is a lovely family home situated on the first green of the Oceans nine, Makai Golf Club in Princeville. Recently remodeled, the home features an upstairs great room and kitchen/dining facilities. A wrap-around lanai allows the guests to relax and enjoy the trade winds while observing the flow of the golfers. Distant ocean views and a peek into Hanalei Bay are available from the kitchen and patio areas.
There are two queen bedrooms, a twined bedroom and a king in the master. Two full baths are on the lower sleeping area, with the master bath en suite.
Hale Napo is fully equipped with all kitchen necessities, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer and the requisite small appliances to make your stay seem like home. Situated in a small, private community within Princeville, the guests have access to a private pool and tennis court.
Lots of sand toys, croquet and other games. It will be a visit to remember!

The North Shore is a favorite of the movie industry as it portrays the ultimate in Hawaiian atmosphere - green rolling hills, volcanic rock mountains with breathtaking waterfalls and endless ocean vistas! Everywhere you look it seems as if every plant and tree blooms with brightly colored flowers. Crystal clear water and an amazing array of tropical fish abound. On Kauai's South Shore is the incredible Grand Canyon of the Pacific.

Rental Rate Notes
Nightly rate is $230 - $265. Periods of greater than 1 week can be negotiated.Rental Policies
Hale Napo maintains a strict non-smoking policy. Extra cleaning fees for violations will be deducted from the rental deposit. Payment may be made by bank wire transfer, cashiers' check or money order.
$750. at time of booking. Security Deposit to hold reservation. Balance must be paid on or before 30 days prior to arrival. Hawaii State Tax of 12.42% is added to rental rate (increased as of 7/1/2009). Additional Fee: Cleaning fee - $275.00
Refund in full, less a $50,00 per week booking fee, will be given with notice 45 days before arrival. 50% refund with 45-21 days before arrival. No refund less than 21 days before scheduled arrival.
