There are 2 separate accomodations: The Main House and the Guest House, and accomodates 10 people in total. Prepare a beautiful dinner in the state of the Art Viking commercial kitchen with top of the line appliances. The outside eating area overlooks 2 acres of open space onto the Buena Vista Lagoon. The master suite (Main house) sleeps 2 on 1 Queen beds and sleeps 4 on 2 sofa beds(one in bedroom and one in the living room). The bedroom in the Guest house sleeps 2 on the Queen bed and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. The main house is about 3,000 sq. ft and the guest house about 640 sq. ft. . Ideal for 2 families that want to keep some privacy. Can be rented separately or together. Rates are based on Main House only. Perfect for small weddings and events at additional rate.
