Harmony Lakefront 5 BR, 5.5 Bath With Hot Tub

Rent this spacious 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath lake-front home. We are located in a beautiful cove with a gorgeous view of the main channel. The gently sloping lot offers a path down to the lake and a 3-slip boat dock with swim platform. Should you desire to rent boats we can help arrange for dockside delivery of pontoons and waverunners, with special rates for our guests. (subject to availability).

Located in Linn Creek, between Osage Beach and Camdenton, at mile marker 28, we are just minutes from a variety of activities including a large selection of restaurants and shops, a 110-store Outlet Mall, water park, go-cart track, caves, day spas, golf and miniature golf, just to name a few. It is privately owned and managed, newly remodeled and new to the rental market May 2007.

The main level consists of 3 master suites, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath. The large living room has vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, bar, big-screen TV with Cable programming and Dvd/vcr, stereo with CD-player, local and long-distance phone (International calls not included), Hi-Speed and Wireless Internet access, and a sliding glass door that leads to the upper deck. You can relax on the spacious upper deck to enjoy the sunrise and fresh air. The dining room has vaulted ceilings, a grand table that seats 14, and a beautiful view of the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is very open, with vaulted ceilings, custom oak cabinets, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, crockpot, coffee maker, blender and many other amenities to make you feel at home. 2of the bedrooms are master suites with queen-size beds, and the third has 2 extra-long twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, alarm clock, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets. A powder room is also on the main level.

The lower level has a grand game room with great lake views through the large windows and sliding glass door, complete with Pool table with Ping-Pong conversion top, Air Hockey, full-size arcade game, Game Cube with 2 controllers and games, Dart board, kitchen/bar (with refrigerator, stove, sink and coffee maker), pub table, game table, queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, and stereo with CD player. Adjacent to the game room you will find another master suite with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV and a sliding glass door that leads to the hot tub, a kids' bunk-room (2 full-size futons with twin matresses on upper bunks) with TV, another full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower deck and patio has a hot tub, tables and chairs, outdoor firepit, gas and charcoal BBQ's.
