We own a Jr. Suite inside of The Hilton Bentley Hotel, on the southern tip of SoBE (south of 5th).

Approx 400sf on the 5th floor, corner unit. Has: floor-to-ceiling walls letting in lots of Florida sunshine (blackout drapes in place), large furnished balcony. You can literally see from within our room and balcony the following: the ocean/beach, Ocean Dr, the Bay & Miami Skyline. Balcony also overlooks courtyard with sounds of fountain water. Rental Rate Notes

Payment Info: Credit card (paypal.com and money order accepted. 50% of nightly stay + fees stated due at time of reservation within first 24 hrs. Balance due no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payment covers nightly stay only. Usual charges by hotel that you may experience is valet (if you have a car) and possible resort fee - stated below. Additional fees: $75 check out $250 refundable security deposit 75% of stay cancellation fee if less than 2 weeks away; if holiday stay + $100 You have free use of the hotel amenities Hotel valet parking approx $35 p/ day Resort fee $25 p/p/day for beach umbrella & lounge chair set up services. Save money & take the hotel's pool towel to beach. Rates & fees subject to change.

Rental Policies

1. Housekeeping is not included. 2. Room has 1 king size bed and a sofa chair with pull out twin bed. 3. Hotel valet parking ($35) p/day and resort fee ($25) p/p/day for beach services. Save money & take a hotel pool towel to beach. 4. If cancellation needed, must advise no later than one week prior to arrival date. 5. $90 cancellation fee if less than 7 days before arrival date. 6. Refundable deposit will be mailed back in a money order approximately up to 2 weeks after your stay. Please make sure that we have the right mailing address for you. 7. Check in (held under your name at front desk in priate guest log) is at 3:30pm and check out is at 11:00am. Sorry no late check outs. You will make a great choice with us over the other regular owner-condominium rentals in plain residential buildings. With us you will experience luxury hotel enjoyment at a very low price. Feel free to interact and ask questions with the hotel staff, including the concierge desk. They will treat you like any one of the regular quests staying with them. The concept of this reservation is that you would have reserved a privately-owned condominium luxury suite, that happens to be inside a hotel, where you will NOT be able to ask for those extra things that you normally ask for at a hotel, such as extra towels, or toiletries. Yet, you will be treated and feel like one of their regular guests and have access to their general facilities like pool, hot tub, and fitness room. $250 refundable security deposit. Returned to you up to 2 weeks after departure as long as no damages or missing items. Must notify of cancellation no later than 2 weeks prior to your stay. $90 fee for cancelation fee if less than 2 week notice.
