The game room has two coin operated vitage video games "Asteriods" and "Defender". It located less than 500 feet from the Gulf and beatiful white sady beach. The house is equipt with Direct TV in the master bedroom and living room (over 150 channels), DVD, CD, LP, Tape, and VCR all tied into 5.1 Surround system!

Activities and Attractions
Island has a public library, Anna Maria Island players club (theater), two nice fishing piers! You are close to some really great golf coarses short drive to : Tara Preserve, Stoney Brook, The River Strand, Mantee County Golf Coarse and Imperial Lakewoods are all a short drive away. The island also has public tennis courts, places to rent (Canoes, Kyacks, bikes, and jetskies). The island has many great places to eat: Sand Bar (on the gulf water front seafood-steak), Duffys (great hambugers), Dip's Ice cream parlor, Rod and real Peir (breakfast/lunch/dinner on the bat side), Sign of the Mermaid, and many more! Great novelty and gift shops. All beaches and island can be traveled to easily by the Trolley. The trolley is curently a free service. There is a stop conviently located right infront of the house! Must see places include Bishop Planetarium, John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, and Mote Marine Aqaurium! Have a game plane to take it all in or just walk the beach and relax! See great sunsets and enjoy!

Rental Policies
A nonrefundable deposit of 20% is needed to book the vacation! NO exeptions! Rent is collected in full the day you get the keys upon your arrival.
A refundabledamage deposit of 500 is collected up front on ALL rentals. Upon your leaving a detalied inspection and inventory of the house will be done. Damages if any will be assesed and deducted from this deposit. The remainder or whole amount will reimbursed to by check to your mailing address by owner/ landlord.
