One large Master suite is located on the top floor. This suite has a gas fireplace to add ambiance both to the room and the bathroom.Bathroom has a separate shower and a jacuzzi tub. It also has a sofa bed which can add to bed accomodations.
Outside the master suite is the loft game room which features a full sized pool table and large flat screen TV.The full-size pool table is brand new and fully equipped for any game. There are also two full sized futon/sofa bed in the loft room.
Also in the upper level is another bedroom suite with two queen sized beds. There is a large adjacent room with another king bed .
On the lower main floor are two bedrooms one with a two queen beds and the other with another king bed. Both rooms have access to the hallway bath.
All the bedrooms are elegantly furnished with brand new beds with comfortable pillow-top mattresses. Island kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, granite countertops with spacious oak cabinets. All appliances, utensils, dinnerware, glassware are brand new!
The swimming pool room has and steam shower. The pool is always heated, allowing for a swim even during the winter season. The room has soaring ceilings and tall picture window sframing the forest in the back of the lodge. You can also enjoy the hot tub on the outside deck of the pool room overlooking the forest.

Rental Policies
REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) night minimum stay is required, except during peak and holiday periods when minimum stay requirements are longer. Last minute reservations are always welcome but are subject to availability.
PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee charged. DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50% of total charges. SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $1000.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival date. However, deposits for weekly Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years reservations must be received 60 days before arrival. Any damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect abuse or theft by the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to the security deposit. We will deposit the security deposit upon receiving it. The security deposit shall be refunded back within 10 days after receiving the keys to the property if the property is left in good condition.
REFUNDS: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $1000.00 is refundable after ten days after keys are mailed back if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt. ** ** Subject to change during holiday or peak seasons.
