Description of the Property
Gabriel's Condominiums is within an historic complex in the heart of Provincetown. My condominiums overlook the Bas Relief Park and the Pilgrim Monument and are within walking distance to everything. Parking is also included in a private lot nearby.
My beautifully appointed, all inclusive condominiums "Virginia Woolf," "Hope," and "Christopher," are each equipped with a queen tempurpedic bed and private bath. Virginia Woolf has a Jacuzzi tub and shower Virginia Woolf has a wet bar including sink, refrigerator, counter and stools, while Hope and Christopher have a stall shower in bathroom. Each room has a fireplace, air conditioning, microwave, while Hope (newly remodeled with new everything, granite counters, sink, fixtures, refrigerator, stove top, cabinets, wood flooring etc.) and Christopher (also remodeled with new tile shower, new granite counters, stove top, refrigerator, sink, and hardwood floors. Each condo has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, all utensils, glasses, plates, an amenity basket with bath supplies, and Virginia and Hope have new 27 inch flat screen LCD TV (cable) and DVD. While Christopher has a tv with dvd and vcr combo. A new ipod dock system is also in the rooms.
Your rental at Gabriel's includes Breakkfast, WiFi Internet, free movies, book and game library, a personalized room folder, business services, a courtesy phone, concierge service, free bicycle storage, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, and access to the Great Room anytime for conversation and company. Even your pet will be happy! Animal amenities include dog beds, blankets, dishes, extra leashes, and a variety of treats upon arrival. Children have a wide selection of games and movies to choose from, their own Brio train set and personalized amenity basket.
Within the grounds, take advantage of the beautiful gardens, sun decks, BBQ grills and outdoor fireplace. The courtyard has easy access to the park next door. What truly makes staying with in my condo is the personalized service you will receive. Management lives on premises and they are available 24/7 if the need should arise.

If you are looking to stay in Provincetown, Gabriel's and Virginia Woolf, Hope or Christopher are the perfect choice. Virginia Woolf is on the second floor and is the largest, while Christopher and Hope are ground floor units so please inquire on those if you do not want to do steps. "Hope" is a little less expensive and rents for $210 during the high season. It has a large picture window that overlooks the park, and has an outside door entrance directly to the unit. Christopher also has a direct outside entrance and is ground floor. Please inquire on any of these three units. All three units are close to the park and perfect for when you travel with your pet.

Whether your stay is to just relax, visit a few hot spots, or meet with friends, Gabriel's is centrally located. The center of Provincetown is at your doorstep.
I own another unit "Hope" which will rent for a little less as it is a smaller unit, but it is on the ground floor, has a kitchenette, and a shower stall bath. All the other amenities are the same. Hope will rent for $210 high season, $150 mid season, and $110 low season. You can see pictures of both units on my website

Visit the beaches, travel for a special event week, there is always something to do in Provincetown. The shopping in the quaint 19th century fishing village has much of the architecture remaining untouched. The beaches in summer have been quoted as being some of the best around.
