The living area with sofa (sleeps two), has US Dish Satellite TV, CD Player, Vonage telephone with free calls to the US, Canada or Europe and is a wonderful space to entertain guests. The dining area seats six and is located just behind the living room space. The compact yet, fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary items for preparing snacks and daily meals. Ceiling Fans and airconditioning through-out. This unit is excellently furnished and well located within walking distance to all Playa del Carmen beaches,restaurants, specialty shops on Quinta Avenida, (5th Avenue), and the Ferry to Cozumel.
