This charming, up to date home is located in an established neighborhood just 1 mile from the center of town. Perfect for the large group on a budget, you can chose to rent all 5 bedrooms or just the top floor 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a great room and a full size kitchen. To ensure privacy, if you rent just the top floor, we will not rent the downstairs. Lower level has 4th bedroom with two twins and 5th bedroom with queen plus a family room with full-size futon. Also has laundry area, a full bath and a kitchenette / family wet bar area with extra microwave, blender, sink, coffee pot and full size refrigerator. We love kids! No extra charge for kids. Free use of crib, stroller, highchair, etc.
Equipped like a home, Wireless Internet, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chest, kitchen supplies, floor futons for kids, baby equipment, laundry soap and more.

Rental Rate Notes
$225 to $300/night WHOLE HOUSE (5 bed / 3 bath); $175 to $225/night for top floor only (3bed / 2 bath) and we will not rent the downstairs. Note - the rate calender above is an average. Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Special rates may apply for Holidays or Ironman. Call or e-mail us for a quote. Add 11.42% HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $140.62 (5/3) or $93.74 (3/2 only) .Rental Policies
