Sorry, only babies under 12 months and children old enough to swim on their own, as we do not have a fence between living quarters and pool. Kids who are old enough should know pool safety.

Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.

Rental Rate Notes
RATES: $200 to $300 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Add 11.42% HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $140.62. Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum.
