Activities and Attractions

Whether you hike, fish, or just enjoy the great outdoors, this area has it all! Bozeman has excellent restaurants, lots of cultural activities, a real main street atmosphere and shopping.

There is no best time to fish Yellowstone". We shall repeat one last time, nowhere on this planet will you find the combination of world class waters, proliferation of hatches in such a confined area. If you come to the Bozeman area and the Yellowstone River, expect to catch trophy Rainbows, Browns and Cutthroats; you will not be disappointed.

There are numerous hiking trails! See the book "Day Hikes around Bozeman" by Robert Stone. Something for every skill level. And the vistas are simply breath taking.

If the family wants to play, there are white water rafting trips, wildlife watching and the cultural attractions offered in Bozeman during the summer. Shakesphere plays, concerts on the lawn at The Emerson, Main Street Music and Art Walks are scheduled throughout the 3 months of the high season. Day trips to Yellowstone Park driving through Paradise Valley will generate memories to last a lifetime.

Or simply stay at the cabin and relax with a book, enjoying the view.
