Without leaving the Condo complex you can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the pool area or fireworks every Friday night from Memorial Day until Labor Day. You can fish from the pier or just sit and relax by the pool.
Kitchen: Fully-equipped, with cooking utensils and appliances that provides you with the option of cooking a full meal or just a snack.
The bedrooms are spacious with ample room to stash your things. All necessary sheets and towels are supplied.
A washer and dryer is located in the unit for your use along with an iron and ironing board.

Rental Policies
A one week minimun stay is required. No smoking in condominium. Maximum of 6 guests. Guests must be 21 years or more or with their family. No pets.
A deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking. $50.00 will be retained for cleaning, The balance is refundable providing there is no breakage or missing items.
The deposit, less $50 fee, is refubdable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reserved dates. No refunds if 30 or fewer days remaining until arrival.
