Rental Policies

$ 200 to 400.00 to hold reservation, depending on length of stay. Deposit of 50% of rents are due 30 days prior to arrival. The balance due upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure after owner inspection. A $ 75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the security deposit. Less than 60 days prior to arrival - no refunds.
